07 July 2011 Last date for filing returns in case of Proprietorship Business:July 31st because proprietorship is nothing but individual only.

07 July 2011 For the AY 2011-12, If the individual is not covered under Tax Audit , the return filing date is same as of salaried person i.e. 31-07-2011.

In case of TAx Audit case the date of return filing is 30.09.2011.
