17 January 2011 What will be the last date of agm if financial year ends on 31st december, 2010

17 January 2011 1) Gap of two Annual General meeting should not be more than 15 months.

Every AGM the board of director should lay accounts not more than 6 months old.

In your case, the AGM should be held on or brfore 30th June, 2011.

It may be earlier depends on the date of last AGM
