I become a will farmer, but i not purchase a Agricultural Land. So i have suggested to my friend to purchase a agricultural land, he is a farmer. now his purchase a Agricultural land and paid the stamp duty as per jantri value. He is completed the NA Procedure. I can purchase a NA Land. Please reply
