25 February 2013 Dear Sir,

We have a contract with a service provider for housekeeping and that provider has provided us contractual employees (9 numbers) for the past 10 years at a monthly charge.

We now need to replace the service provider and what to give him notice.

Want to know the implications of this termination on my company from the service provider as well as the housekeeping staff in terms of Labour laws in Delhi & Gurgaon.

As per terms of agreement you can give notice of termination.

Before giving him termination you should take sign off of all statutory dues & compliance has been completed by service provider & if in future any liability occurs your company shall not be liable.

The housekeeping staff will be off roll from date of termination of services, so if you want continuation of there service either you have to take them on your payroll or transfer on another co.payroll & hire their services.
