please tell me the date and mode of availability to fill examination form for company secretary course for june-2011 attempt.

22 March 2011 Last date of submitting online form nd manual form is 25th march2011 for june11 executive or proffessional exams. And with Rs.100/- additional fine apart frm normal fees till april 7th.
