04 June 2019 IF V WANT TO BUY NEW HOUSE FROM BUILDER. ALL PAYMENT TO BUILDER WILL BE MADE BY ME ONLY. HOUSING LOAN SOLE BE BORNE BY ME ONLY BUT FOR GETTING PRANDHANMANTRI AVAS YOJANA SUBSIDY OF RS 2.67 LAKHS I WANT TO ADD MY MOTHER NAME AS JOINT PROPERTY HOLDER IN SALES DEED AS PER PRADHANMANTRI AVAS YOJANA FEMALE OWNER IS MUST. ADVISE ME ON FOLLWING ISSUES.

1) FOR JOINT OWNERSHIP MY MOTHER HAS TO PAY ANY AMOUNT TO BUILDER IS IT COMPULSORY AS PER INCOME TAX ACT.

2) SHE IS NOT EARNING ANY THING SO JOINT OWNERSHIP IS POSSIBLE
3) WHOSE NAME MUST BE FIRST MYSELF OR MY MOTHER NAME IN SALES DEED
4) ADDING OF MY MONTHER NAME HAS ONLY PURPOSE OF GETTING RS 2.67 LAKH INTEREST SUBSIDY IN PRADHANMANTRI AVAS YOJANA

ADVISE ME IF MY MOTHER DOES NOT PAY ANY SINGLE AMOUNT SO IS IT POSSBILE TO HER TO BECOME A JOINT OWNER IN NEW HOUSE
