Job work whether liable to service tax

26 September 2013 Sir,
We suppose provide all required raw material to our job worker. Job worker uses only labour and his plant to produce finished goods.

Activity carried on by JW can be treated as manufacturing process?

Whether job worker should charge service
tax?
Please reply urgently.
