dear experts we have a milk industry audit the company undertaking the job work form third party for conversion of milk in to other products. can you please any body tell me the applicability of service tax on this service.

Yes. The service tax is applicable on the job work. Pl. clear with the business entity; since there is a reverse charge mechanism in Service tax effective from 1st July 12
