I recently joined bank, but profile is not suitable. I joined bank just because of initial requirement of money. My simple question is, if I start a practice after few months on proprietorship basis or on partnership basis, then as per current market situation, could we get enough clients in 1 or 2 years period.?? Well, freedom is important for me than money, that's why I am thinking to start practice.

It depended on your Knowledge, exposure and providing service facilities etc.... If one customer approaches you for his work/job and if you get satisfied him and properly guided then he shall told about you to his friends and suggests approach you.
So gaining of clients and keep standing them and increasing of clients totally depends on your exposure and knowledge.

So if have a knowledge at least 50% or more and you have confident you shall deal all types of situations then Practice is suggested other wise i.e you have a limited knowledge then JOB will prefer.
In one word we can say a practicing chartered account is always a student( Has to do hard work and has to refer many books and provisions and notifications etc... then while you are as a CA Student) because of updated knowledge and information only shall decide our practice and its continuity.
So depending on the above facts decide your self. As well as if you want to start practice then first choose a appropriate practicing CA having experience to properly guide you at the critical situations and to help you for at least 2 to 3 years.
And practice with partnership is better at this time and present situation.

Thank you for suggestion. I feel experience and knowledge is matter of time, i.e. time teaches everything. I will choose practice in near time.
