07 October 2017 In construction business, jcb and tractor hire from unregisted supplier. Bill given without gst rate. so, what is gst rate and reverse charge applicable??

07 October 2017 Yes RCM applicable upto Sept @18%. If amount of rent is less than Rs.5000/- in a day then no need to charge RCM.
