21 August 2015 Dear Experts,

I hv downloaded ITRV of AY 2014-15 from income tax site after login. But I am unable to open this. When I put the password in small the PAN and dob in combination, it is showing incorrect password. I tried so many time.

Please help me.

22 August 2015 You can try using the dob in the PAN card. There can be difference there which might be the cause of problem.

Yes I tried also dob only, but could not opened. I dont know what problem there. I was trying also customer care no but it is going so busy.
