12 June 2016 Assesse does not claim HRA in form 16.Now , how he can get HRA as deduction in filing his return thanks

12 June 2016 while reporting income chargeable to income tax under head salaries deduct eligible HRA exemption and offer balance amounnt to income tax

13 June 2016 You have to Calculate HRA deduction u/s 10(13A) and take as sec 10 deduction by that your taxable salary will reduce by HRA deduction amount and tax amount also.It will convert to excess tds deduction which will be refundable amount exact amount of HRA deduction.
