I e-FILED my ITR 4, ON 29.05.2012 FOR FIN.YEAR 2011-2012. AFTER LOGIN DASHBOARD SHOWS ITR - RECEIVED, WHEN IT WILL SHOW ITR-PROCESSED AND MY REFUND WILL BE RELEASED.
AS LISTEN FROM INTERNET SOURCES THAT IF YOU E-file YOUR INCOME TAX RETURN, THEN YOUR REFUND AMOUNT RELEASED WITHIN 90 DAYS. BUT IN MY CASE, IT TAKES ONE YEAR PLUS.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

THERE IS NO PROVISION AS TO IN HOW MANY DAYS AN ITR SHOULD BE PROCESSED.
YOU SHOULD APPROACH YOUR JURISDICTIONAL ASSESSING OFFICER. IN NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES YOUR RETURN SHOULD HAVE BEEN PROCESSED BY NOW.
