itrv is short form of income tax return acknowledgement and if ur income is below taxable limit without applying any exemption or deduction then no need to file itr only.

You need to file income tax return if your income before Chapter VI deductions exceeds basic exemption limit . . Once you filed income tax return online you are mandatorily required to submit the same to CPC bangalore . . Other wise it is treated as return not filed
