17 March 2015 if its for ay 13-14 i.e fy 12-13 then it can be filed upto 31.3.2015 but ao may impose a penalty for rs 5000 u/s 271F

if itr is for fy 13-14 so ay is 14-15 then yes still it can be filed u/s 139(4).
