R all seniors,
an govt. employee, having income taxable under the head of salary rs. 230535 in f.y 2011-12 and TDS deducted Rs- 5206.00. Unfortunately he failed to submit ITR for f.y. now he is in need for the same for loan purpose. can he file the same as tax has already paid and he do not have any other income so there is no liability of tax pending on his account.
kindly suggest.

yes he can file the return of f.y. 2011 12 up to 31.3.2014, so no need to worry and as already tax is paid so its fine .
