IN WHICH RETURN WE CAN SHOW TCS FOR A PROPRIETOR

It will depend on the nature of income. All forms have a column for TCS credit.

IF WE HAVE PURCHASED A CAR ON WHICH TCS HAS BEEN DEDUCTED HOW CAN WE SHOW THIS IN ITR IF WE ARE FILING ITR 4 FOR PROPRIETOR WHO HAS INCOME FROM BUSINESS

Even though you may not show car under business assets, but you can still claim credit of TCS paid at the time of car purchase. It is not necessary to link TCS with business income.

In ITR-4 under TDS and TCS this Schedule, details of Tax deducted at source (as per Form 27D issued by the collector) is to be entered.
