17 July 2013 I am a chartered accountant working as an employee in one of the industry since July 2012. Before that I was holding my COP and practicing as a proprietor. So in P.Y. 2012-13 having business income as well salary income. Which ITR to be used for filling IT return for A.Y. 2013-14
