28 June 2019 Lic commission receiveing man can't file under presumptive basis under 44ada so should file itr3 but in ITR 4 why lic code under nature of business

28 June 2019 44ADA is for professionals. But you can file regular ITR and claim 50% for insurance commission as per CBDT circular 648 dated 30/03/1993
