Dear Sir,
business income is rs.520000 on presume basis of gto 65,00,000.
agriculture income is 225000.
can i avail benefit of 44ad (such as not maintained accounts, no advance ta liability)by fiing itr 4.
i cannot use 4s coz agriculture is more than rs.5000.
please suggest iam cofusing.

If u offer not less than 8 percent u need not maintain pucca accounts.
