I want to File itr4 for the assessment year 2012-13 though my Total Income does not exceed the Taxable Limit but there are some amunt of TDS which are deducted from my gross income.
i want TDS refund from the gov.but the Details of TDS for 4th quater not received from the TDS Dept. How can i Know my Details of 4th Quater TDS deduction Details.
Is It compulsory to file ITR on time for Claiming TDS Refund?

Check Form 26AS to see details of TDS for Quarter 4.
You have time till 31st July to file return before due date.
You can file the return even after 31st July. However, the refund is sometimes delayed in such cases.

You can get refund even if file delayed return. You can check 26as to know your tax credit.

Register on incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in. Then login and access Form 26AS.
