Sir, My total annual income is not exceeds from 1 lakh and it was a fee for prfesional services. So they have deducted TDS also but i want to refund it. Plz guide me for correct step because i want to file it for the AY 2010-2011. can i file it this time also.

It is not too late as yet. File your income tax return u/s 139(4) as belated return on or before 31st March, 2012 to get the refund f TDS deducted. Yes you will get the refund even if you file the return now. But do file the return before 31st March, 2012.
