All,
My friend is filing return for the first time. she works as an instructor for a dance choreographer and teaches Salsa ( a dance form ) in the classes conducted by him. He pays her after deducting tax u/s 194-J ( Fees for technical services). Though her income does not exceeds the basic exemption she wants to file return for claiming refund. In ITR 4 which code is she supposed to select for nature of business schedule?
