can u clear me the concept behind the filing of income tax return form ITR-4 and ITR-4S....who will file ITR-4 and who will file ITR-4S.....

ITR 4S: Applicable to Business, to whom Section 44AD applies.
[Presumtive Income with Turnover less than 60L].
For other Business ITR 4 would apply.
