Itr 3 filing with no account sanction

in case i have income from business profession and agriculture income,

can i use ITR - 3 with "No account Maintain" section provided in B.S. and P&L pages without filing entire details in B.S. and P&L in ITR - 3 ??

12 August 2018 yes you can provided you are covered under 44AD or 44ADA or under 44AA with turnover and profit less than prescribed under 44AA.
