20 April 2017 My source of income is home tuition and accordingly I have been filling my income tax return in ITR 4 from the financial year 2013-14. As from the financial year 2016-17 professionals also have the option to opt presumptive income can I filled my return of income in ITR-4S ? Please suggest ?

20 April 2017 Yes, you can file tax u/s 44ADA declare minimum 50% of income from gross receipts.
