21 April 2016 Hi everyone,

one of my friend was doing job in a co. from apr 15 to sep 15 and afterwards he started his own work as a property dealer. however he has his own office but he takes commission to sale of plots and flats.

He wants to file his ITR return for the F.Y. 2015-16. Please suggest which ITR is required to file by him and how can he filed that return.

22 April 2016 if it is business income than what type of business it is. He is only getting commission on sale.
