27 July 2010 if current year no business income or loss but last year business loss carry forwards then which ITR will be filed. ITR-2 or ITR-4, give reason for this soluation

27 July 2010 You will have to file form ITR - 4 as there is no option to fill carry forward business loss in ITR - 2.
