06 August 2013 SIR,

I WANT TO KNOW , THE LAST DATE OF FILING ITR WAS 05-08-13 .

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE NOT FILED THE ITR 1 TILL THE DATE .

WHAT WILL BE THE PROCESS TO FILE ITR 1 IN CASE OF DELAYING.

06 August 2013 you can file iTR-1 till 31.3.2014
if you have not paid tax liability then 1% of intt per month and part of month of tax payable will charge till you not deposit the return .

if no tax due then no intt liability will be deposit by you till 31.3.2014

06 August 2013 After 05.08.2013 you can file the return u/s 139(4) till 31.03.2014 without any penalty but remember belated return filed u/s 139(4) can not be revised and if there is any loss you will not be able to carry forward.
