22 December 2016 Dear Sir
I have filed ITR 1 online for financial year 2015-2016 (assessment year 2016-2017) today i.e. on 22.12.2016. There is zero tax payable. Net taxable amount is around 90000/- But I made a mistake showing as returned filed under section 139(1) i.e. before due date but its due date was 31.07.2016. so now what to do ? will it be okay or any penalty will be there for such mistake. I am worried. please replyllll
