21 July 2015 an asessee who is resident as per it act resigned the job during august 2014 and joined us firm as an employee derived salary, taxability of us salary in india and which itr to be filed for him for ay 2015-16

21 July 2015 ITR-2 needs to be filed...all the incomes earned will be taxed in India. any tax deducted by US firm needs to be considered for computation of tax credit under section 90
