10 January 2013 Is there any definition given related to ITES (information technology enabled services) in any Act or law in India? If any IT company is situated under SEZ then what all activities are covered under SEZ like operational activities, finance activities, marketing or any other?

11 February 2013 Relaxing the SEZ norms, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has allowed domestic companies to make payments to units in special economic zones (SEZ) in foreign currency for the services delivered by them.
