Itds is deducted or not when party attached LR for other transpoter without mentioned PAN on LR but his bill PAN mentioned (printed on his bill) on his bill.

08 September 2012 Condition is U Need to Have PAN of Transporter.

So No Need to Deduct TDS.

Just Take Copy of PAN Card from Transporter.
