Can i claim input tax credit for input tax charged in my mobile phone repair? Please clarify? My firm is gst registeted proprietorship firm.

Though not specifically restricted it is better to avoid ITC claim on mobile as personal use cannot be ruled out and it is difficult to bifurcate between personal and business use.
