Suppose a dealer 'A' sells goods to an Exporter 'E' against From E. In the instant case, will 'A' be entitled to claim ITC on his Purchases??

Thanks Mr.MJ Krishnaurthy. Can we also quote any section in UPVAT for the said reply? or can you please suggest as to what actually the term 'in the course of export' means? I tried finding out the said definition but could not get through.

Mr Arpit Agrawal, I will give you an example to make the point clear. Suppose 'A'sells some goods to 'B' and exports the same goods outside India,in this case,B's sale is direct export and A's sale is made in the course of export. This means a sale prior to the direct sale is sale in the course of export. MJK
