My friend does not filed IT return for A.Y. A.Y 2012-13. He is entitled to refund in that year. Is there any way to file return now and claim refund? Thanks

Only way to file return of AY 2012-13, is to invoke section 119(2)(b) i.e., application for condonation of delay. See below link for details---
