04 March 2016 I file IT return under ITR 4S but before submission of hard copy I found a mistake.

Pl advice how to rectify the matter.

The return was filed on 02/03/2016 for the AY 2015-16 but no hard copy was submitted to the department concerned.

You can not rectify the itr now.
No revision allowed under income tax in case of belated return.
Nothing can be done.
