WHILE FILING OF THE AOC4 WRONG ATTACHMENT HAS BEEN FILED WHILE FILING OF THE AOC4 WRONG INFORMATION OF THE AUDITORS HAS BEEN FILED. IS THERE ANY PROCEDURE FOR RECITIFY THE FORM .

There is no procedure given in the act for revisation of AOC-4. But my personnel suggestion to file AOC-4 again with a clarificatoin letter.
