Respected Sir, I had completed my 8 months of articleship. At my present office, i have completed 2 months of training, but now I am not interested in continuing at this office, so i asked for termination from my principle. But he said that he will not give any transfer as its his policy of not giving transfer. But later on he agreed for providing me transfer on the condition that i must give them an application stating that i was absent from the office since the day i joined due to my illness. As i need a transfer, so i wrote the same under undue influence of my principle. So i want to know whether such a step taken by my principle is correct even in the first year of my articleship. I also had the proof of my attendance with me. Waiting for your prompt reply. Thank You.
