Issue of invoice pending registration

06 December 2011 We have been filed a online application for registration as a First stage dealer under central central excise.

I have received a PAN based temparary registration no. after filing of application.

after that I also submitted physical copy of application to department.

Registration certificate is not issued till now.
Whether we can remove goods under excisable invoice from our godown.

12 December 2011 Yes you can remove the goods with excisable invoice. If you do not receive the registration certificate within 7 days then it is deemed to registered.
