Please advise ASAP One of our employees was not having PAN No. who left the job and TDS was deducted in Mar-10. Later on in Jul-10 he applied for PAN and submitted to us. In which date we can issue form 16? Due date is on or before 30.04.2010, however, PAN alloted date is 13.07.2010 Rgds, Ramesh
