Sir/madam, when COAL used by a person for pressing or ironing clothes (Presswala) for his business purpose, then TCS u/s 206C will be applicable or not, on the purchase of COAL by presswala?

If is in the nature of contract and TDS limits exceeds as prescribed under Income Tax TDS needs to be deducted @ 1% or 2% based as applicable.
