I know that Income tax Act 44AB governs Tax audit. Then what is Statutory audit? If they are different Can a tax auditor be a Statutoty auditor of the same company?

tax audit is done as per income tax act us 44AB ,complience are made or not under statutary audit it as per company law botha are differnt audit but tax auditor can conduct statutary audit or wise versa
