Is partnership deed need to send to cpc along with itr v

i filed a return of income for a partnership firm first time after its incorporation.my query was is partnership deed also need to send to cpc along with itr v as per the provisions of section 184(1) of income tax act?is it mandatory

suggest me in this regard .

You need not send any document along with the ITR v to cpc.

29 December 2015 For the first time, the partnership deed is NOT required to be sent to CPC. If CPC wants, it informs you through net...pending action....in your login
