hi this is rahul,a CA Final student.In an accident my right hand fractured and went on leave for one and half month.I am affraid of this period for being as EXESS LEAVE. I want to know whether this period can be termed as MEDICAL LEAVE on showing doctor's prescription.

Rahul. u can get only 1/7 of ur total articleship period(excluding those leave) as leave without extending ur training. it includes all types of leave.
