Is itc available for input on ghee & paneer..?

Can we take input credit of gst imposed on purchase of ghee / paneer / butter if we are in dairy products sale purchase business.

16 August 2018 Yes ITC is available subject the the following conditions.

1. The dealer should be in possession of tax invoice
2. The said goods/services have been received
3. Returns have been filed.
4. The tax charged has been paid to the government by the supplier.
5. When goods are received in installments ITC can be claimed only when the last lot is received.
