is excise duty applicable on plant equipments like die, drum, spare parts to cattle feed manufacturing company?

Yes Excise duty are applicable on the artcles mentioned by you and rate of Duty is 12% plus cess . As far selling equipment to cattle field are concerned that if that fall under the tariff 23099020 than rate of duty in this cattle field are O % . But still you have to charged excise duty .And they may claim for refund
