22 July 2015 is Aadhar number mandatory for efilling for AY 2015-16? or we can sent signed ITR manually?

23 July 2015 It is not mandatory, you can send ITR V by choosing the appropriate option while uploading the ITR.

But Aadhar linking will save you from many troubles associated with ITR V sending to CPC.
