05 October 2012 Now there is no service type and the taxability for all services is there provided the service is not under any exemption or in the negative list.

08 October 2012 Actors who work as brand ambassodor would certainly be liable to that extent.

Where they receive any payment for theatre/ movies etc there may not be any liability. [ sr. no. 14 of Not. 25/12.
