dear sir, i am a cpt cleared student and applied for ipcc in the year 2011. now in 2013 as the new rule has come that we can start our articleship after clearing b.com. i havent yet cleared ipcc. but i have cleared by tybcom. so is there any provision that i can convert and start my articleship?
